If the goods are faulty or broken, yes you can. In the unlikely event that Kimia does not reach you in perfect condition, please call our Kimia customer services team to arrange for the return of the product and a replacement or refund.

REFUND POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your order, however if you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to offer you a refund. Please return your purchase to the address on our website within 7 working days of delivery, in its original condition and enclosing your proof of purchase. When returning items please ensure you obtain a free 'receipt of postage' from the post office.
Postage and packing charges are non-refundable.
